Margaret Sawalski is the Managing Director of Plan Administration for Mann Associates.  Marge is a Certified Pension Consultant, specializing in the design and administration of corporate and executive retirement programs. 

Marge handles the daily administration aspects of the employee benefits plans for the firm’s clients and consults with the plan sponsors and advisors on the form and operation of the plans.

A graduate from Northern Illinois University, Marge has over 25 years of experience in the area of benefit plans.  She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), ASPPA’s Benefits Council of Chicago and served on ASPPA’s Education and Examination Committee for 12 years, both as a committee member and a Part Chairman.  During her tenure on the Education and Examination Committee, Marge co-wrote a nationally sponsored exam, developed study guides, taught semester long examination classes and co-authored a quarterly candidate newsletter.  In addition, she was instrumental in developing the Martin Rosenberg Academic Achievement Award which recognizes the top performing candidates on the ASPPA examinations
