On an annual basis, we fulfill all the administrative and compliance requirements of the plan, including the annual government filings and reporting to the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor on behalf of the plan and its participants. We also perform all the required discrimination testing, including but not limited to actuarial certification, ADP/ACP testing, cross-testing, top-heavy testing, and coverage/participation testing. We also facilitate participant transactions, including distribution packages and loans from the plan. Our service also includes ongoing review of your plan document, including the preparation of any amendments or restated documentation as required by law. Additionally, we represent our clients before the IRS and DOL, if necessary.
